Fruit and vegetables facial mask (Banana)

Fruit and vegetables are known for having antioxidants which helps the skin to maintain its youth. Some fruits and veges have the ability of cooling the skin and many other useful characteristics.

Banana mask

  • It is a simple mask which can be prepared in no time.
  • It lightens the skin complexion

Ingredients

  • 1/4 of a banana ( the more ripe and tender the banana the better)

Steps
  1. Mash a banana with a fork
  2. Apply it on the face . (The face should be clean)
  3. Leave the mask for 10-20 minutes
  4. Rinse and pat dry
